The candidate will work at the IAOB offices located at 4400 Town Ctr, Southfield, Michigan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The purpose of the <em>Programme Manager<\/em> \u00e8:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Managing the overall process of <em>witness audit<\/em> and evaluation of IAOB offices (e.g. from planning to closure of non-conformities), as well as conducting <em>witness audit<\/em> of IATF 16949 certification body auditors and to carry out assessments of certification body offices reporting to the IAOB to ensure adherence to IATF requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regularly interface with the IATF's four other global supervisory offices to collaborate on the Rules, revisions to the IATF 16949 standard, the global <em>witness audit<\/em> and office evaluation, and complete the project work as assigned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide answers to technical questions related to the Rules and IATF 16949.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct <em>witness audit<\/em> and assessments of IATF offices as necessary, including the identification and training of new resources for auditor roles <em>witness<\/em> and office evaluator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Main requirements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 years of practical experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in a quality-related function or with experience working in engineering at an IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 certified automotive organisation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 years' experience in conducting internal or external ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 audits, preferably with experience in managing and\/or conducting third-party audits for certification bodies according to IATF 16949.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Degree in Economics, Quality, Management or Engineering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in project\/programme management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualification as Lead Auditor for the Quality Management System.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Rules 5th Edition and the <em>Automotive Core Tools<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Qualified candidates can send their CVs directly to Michelle Maxwell (mmaxwell@iaob.org).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iatfglobaloversight.org\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/JOB-DESCRIPTION_Program-Manager-Audits_17Sept24.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Programme Manager Audits - Job Description<\/a><\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>International Automotive Oversight Bureau (IAOB), uno dei cinque uffici di supervisione dell&#8217;IATF, \u00e8 alla ricerca di un candidato per ricoprire la posizione di Program Manager \u2013 Audits.
