International Automotive Oversight Bureau (IAOB), one of the five supervisory offices of the IATF, is looking for a candidate to fill the position of Programme Manager - Audits. The candidate will work at the IAOB offices located at 4400 Town Ctr, Southfield, Michigan.

The purpose of the Programme Manager è:

• Managing the overall process of witness audit and evaluation of IAOB offices (e.g. from planning to closure of non-conformities), as well as conducting witness audit of IATF 16949 certification body auditors and to carry out assessments of certification body offices reporting to the IAOB to ensure adherence to IATF requirements.
• Regularly interface with the IATF's four other global supervisory offices to collaborate on the Rules, revisions to the IATF 16949 standard, the global witness audit and office evaluation, and complete the project work as assigned.
• Provide answers to technical questions related to the Rules and IATF 16949.
• Conduct witness audit and assessments of IATF offices as necessary, including the identification and training of new resources for auditor roles witness and office evaluator.

Main requirements:

• 4 years of practical experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in a quality-related function or with experience working in engineering at an IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 certified automotive organisation.
• 2 years' experience in conducting internal or external ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 audits, preferably with experience in managing and/or conducting third-party audits for certification bodies according to IATF 16949.
• Degree in Economics, Quality, Management or Engineering.
• Experience in project/programme management.
• Qualification as Lead Auditor for the Quality Management System.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Rules 5th Edition and the Automotive Core Tools.
